Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be accepted, processed and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is out for delivery.
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail (First or Second Class) which are tracked. Orders will be received on the next business day (First class) or in 3 business day (Second class) from the date the order is processed and fulfilled.
EU orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (either First or Second class) which will be received in 4-6 business days.
International orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed which will be received in 6-8 business days or, if you prefer via DHL Worldwide Express (contact us for more info as we are currently not offering this option) which will be received in 1-2 business days from the date the order was processed and fulfilled.
Customers are responsible for costs associated with duties, taxes or customs.
In accordance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, unfortunately we cannot accept the return of earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will happily accept any other returns of unused items within a 10-day period of purchase for domestic orders and within 14-day period of purchase for international orders.
Item(s) must be received in the same condition they were sent and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not received, it is the liability of the customer. We recommend using a trackable or insured option, which is how we ship the items.

Once the item is received and checked the full amount of the item purchased less the original delivery fee will be refunded to the same account the payment was made.
