– Experimenting with different materials
and students will have the chance to make a finished chain to take home

Most students leave at the end of the day with a range of different samples using different chain mail patterns and a finished chain mail bracelet.
What you need to bring to this class:
For this class you don’t need to bring anything but yourself as everything is provided. However, it is a good idea to think about what you would like to make and bring any ideas you have; pictures, sketches or pieces you like. Don’t worry if you don’t have a project in mind as we have plenty of inspiration around our workshop too!
As with all of our classes, all materials are included in the cost of the Chain Maille Workshop. The classes are all run by expert tutors with years of professional experience who are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The size of the classes is kept small to allow plenty of one-on-one attention and the maximum number of students for this class is 6.

Please wear comfortable “work” clothes, with full closed toed shoes, long hair tied back, and no scarves or sleeves that could present a hazard. We have ample free street parking in front of the studio.
Suitable for beginners with no previous experience necessary. For all our workshops the age limit is aged 12 and up can participate however under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Health and Safety
For health and safety issues, persons with long hair will be asked to tie up their hair, and close-toed shoes should be worn during the making process.
In the case of accidentally causing minor cuts, not to worry, we have a first-aid kit in our gallery at all times.
Apply for Class
Reservations has to be made for all classes in advance:
- For weekdays, please confirm your reservation with us the week before
- For weekends, we advise our clients to reserve your bookings 2 weeks ahead, since weekends are usually very popular.
Full payment has to be made before booking (either in person or bank transfer). If you wish to change your booking after it has been confirmed, please inform us 2 days before the original date of appointment. We allow no more than twice for an individual client to change their booking.
In the case of absence during confirmed workshop time, we regret to inform you that those clients will not be refunded.
Please note, the minimum of assistant per class must be 4 people. If we don’t get that minimum the Chain Making Workshop can be cancelled or regrouped.
All our workshops are conducted by a professionally trained designer-maker and capable of teaching the workshops in English and Spanish.
